#JACKETSGIVEBACK is a 24-hour, giving day event bringing together alumni, current students, faculty and staff, donors, friends, volunteers and the community around the Black Hills State University causes that mean the most to them. 

Let’s celebrate our 1883 Founders day -- One day for a big impact!

It’s a celebration of giving back to what we care about, and because it’s collaborative, each of us gets to demonstrate our yellow jacket pride!

 

Where does my gift go?

You can choose to give to your favorite area of BHSU, including your college or program, athletics, the arts, the library or anywhere else. It’s up to you.

How to be a Giving Day Champion

• Send an email to your contacts asking for their support. 

• Share the fundraiser webstite link.

• Participate in contests on February 27th 

• Post to your social media account and repost from BHSU Alumni & Advancement to your personal page.

• Encourage your contacts to post on social media and create excitement.

• Text your contact and ask them to donate—Text jacketsgiveback to 71777

• Become an Ambassador - promote Giving Day and make a difference.

• Add the giving day logo and link to the giving page to your email signature.
